- Develop and implement safety and security protocols to protect employees, customers, and company assets.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential safety and security hazards.
- Create and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Train employees on safety and security procedures and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement crisis management plans.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to safety and security.
- Investigate and resolve any safety and security incidents or breaches.
- Monitor and analyze safety and security data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage and monitor the budget for safety and security initiatives.
- Oversee the selection and management of security vendors and contractors.
- Act as a liaison with law enforcement and emergency response agencies.
- Conduct regular safety and security audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of safety and security professionals.
- Communicate safety and security updates and initiatives to employees and company leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and security.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Criminal Justice, Security Management, Or Occupational Safety And Health.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Corporate Security And Safety Management, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Security And Safety, Including Osha And Nfpa Standards.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Developing Policies And Procedures And Conducting Training.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization And External Stakeholders.
