3. Monitor security and safety systems performance and identify potential areas of improvement.
4. Develop and implement best practices and procedures for security and safety systems.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with security and safety systems.
6. Manage system upgrades, updates, and patching.
7. Create and maintain system documentation.
8. Train and mentor new team members on security and safety systems.
9. Research emerging technologies and trends in security and safety systems.
10. Provide customer support and technical assistance.
