- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the SRE Network Operations Center (NOC) at Geico Auto Insurance.
- Develop and drive the technical strategy for NOC operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve the NOC operations.
- Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
