- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development and implementation of financial technologies for Geico Auto Insurance.
- Utilize technical expertise and strategic thinking to drive innovation and improvement within the finance systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that align with company goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
