
HR Shared Services Specialist
The HR Shared Services Specialist (Payroll Emphasis) ensures the accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, participate in daily data entry Payroll processing. Responsible for complex areas of payroll processing such as payroll inputs that require manipulation for tax or internal exceptions. Manage internal systems and trackers that impact payroll e.g., employee referrals, PPE reimbursements, severance, etc. and ensure processed timely and accurately. Overall responsibility for the completion payroll audits to ensure compliance and accuracy on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis as well as wage attachments such as garnishments.
Five years of payroll processing experience including payroll system experience.
Experience working with an HR team or HRSS structure
