This role is essential to the smooth operation of our business office and requires a detail-oriented and driven individual to ensure our financial processes are efficient and accurate.   1. Manage all financial processes: The Business Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial processes including billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable. They will ensure that all procedures are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  2. Monitor and maintain financial records: It will be the Business Office Manager’s responsibility to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. This includes managing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the integrity of financial data.
  3. Train and supervise staff: The Business Office Manager will be responsible for training and supervising staff members in the business office, including billing specialists and administrative assistants. They will ensure that staff members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  4. Develop and implement financial policies: The Business Office Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for ensuring that these policies are followed by all staff members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Procedures, Preferably In A Long-Term Care Setting.
