  1. Develop and implement a specialized dementia program that meets the unique needs of our patients.
  2. Create and maintain program policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Oversee the daily operations of the dementia program, ensuring high-quality care and services are provided.
  4. Train and educate staff on best practices for dementia care and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to create individualized care plans for each patient.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make necessary adjustments to improve patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role In A Dementia Care Program Or Facility.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Dementia Care Practices, Including Person-Centered Care And Behavior Management.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams And Communicate With Families And Residents.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Dementia Care Programs, Including Developing And Evaluating Program Goals And Outcomes.
