  1. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  2. Monitor and assess patient's condition and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  4. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

  11. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of care delivery.
  12. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.
  13. Follow facility policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  14. Collaborate and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  15. Adhere to safety protocols and report any potential hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Practical Nursing Program: Prospective Lpns Must Have Completed A State-Approved Training Program In Practical Nursing, Which Typically Takes 12-18 Months To Complete.

  • State Licensure: Lpns Must Have A Valid And Current License To Practice Nursing In The State They Will Be Working In. This Requires Passing The National Council Licensure Examination (Nclex-Pn).

  • Strong Clinical Skills: Lpns Must Possess The Necessary Technical Skills To Provide Direct Patient Care, Including Administering Medication, Taking Vital Signs, And Performing Basic Medical Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Lpns Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. This Includes Listening Actively, Providing Clear Instructions, And Showing Empathy And Compassion.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Lpns Must Be Able To Work Efficiently And Effectively In A Busy Healthcare Setting. This Requires The Ability To Multitask, Prioritize Tasks, And Remain Calm Under Pressure.
