High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Nursing Unit Assistant Must Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Be Considered For The Job. This Demonstrates A Level Of Education And Basic Academic Skills Necessary For The Role.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: A Cna Certification Is Often Required For Nursing Unit Assistants As It Shows A Level Of Knowledge And Practical Skills For Providing Basic Care To Patients. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Skills To Assist The Nursing Team Effectively.
