Staff Development Coordinator - RN

This position will be based in our corporate headquarters in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. As a Staff Development Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to lead our team in delivering quality education and development to our staff. You will be responsible for creating and delivering education programs, providing staff development services, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, along with at least three years of experience in staff development or a related field. You should have excellent communication skills and an understanding of the healthcare industry.
