Senior Offer Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Offer Manager to join Genesys’s thriving team! As a Senior Offer Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, creating, and managing compelling offers that drive customer engagement and loyalty. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to create offers that meet our customers’ needs.The ideal candidate has prior experience in offer management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. You should also have an interest in staying up-to-date on industry trends and innovations. Above all, you should be a creative problem-solver who loves a challenge.
