Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, passionate Senior Offer Manager to join our team at Genesys. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who is able to develop and drive successful offers from conception to completion. The Senior Offer Manager will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase sales, build customer loyalty, and improve the customer experience.In this role, you should have a strong understanding of customer needs and offer management techniques. You should be able to develop and implement effective offers that meet customer needs and drive sales.To be successful as a Senior Offer Manager, you should be an excellent communicator and negotiator and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams. You should also have an understanding of current market trends and be able to analyze data to identify areas of potential growth.Required qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in offer management• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful offers• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you have a passion for developing and driving successful offers and are looking for an exciting and rewarding career opportunity, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
