Job Description

GEODIS, a leading global provider of supply chain solutions, is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for process improvement. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading process improvement initiatives.The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for leading process improvement activities, identifying and implementing best practices, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead process improvement activities across multiple departments within the company.
  2. Identify and implement best practices to ensure efficient, effective, and cost-saving operations.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  5. Develop and implement strategies for process improvement.
  6. Analyze existing processes to determine areas of improvement and develop solutions.
  7. Monitor and report on the progress of process improvement initiatives.
  8. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure process improvement goals are met.
  9. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review progress and ensure successful implementation.
  10. Provide training and coaching to stakeholders to improve their skills and knowledge.
