  1. Conduct regular audits of our supply chain and logistics operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any deficiencies.
  3. Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify and resolve any quality-related issues.
  5. Communicate and train employees on quality standards and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance.
  6. Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and reports for management and clients.
  7. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Participate in customer audits and address any quality concerns or inquiries.
  9. Keep up to date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  10. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Engineering, Or Quality Assurance.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Quality Assurance And/Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Iso 9001 Quality Management Systems.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
