Quality Assurance Inspector

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect, test, and verify all incoming and outgoing cargo to ensure that it meets safety, regulatory, and client requirements.
2. Monitor product quality and ensure that it meets all established standards.
3. Document and report any quality control discrepancies and take necessary corrective action.
4. Perform regular checks and inspections to ensure quality standards are being met.
5. Investigate customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
6. Work with other departments to ensure quality assurance procedures are being followed.
7. Train and mentor new employees on proper quality assurance procedures.
8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality assurance processes and inspections.
9. Keep up to date with industry standards and regulations.
10. Provide timely feedback and reports to management on quality issues.
