  1. Develop and implement inventory strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory, including forecasting, ordering, tracking, and reporting.
  3. Lead a team of inventory analysts and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for optimizing stock levels to meet demand and minimize costs.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any inventory-related issues.
  6. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  7. Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and processes.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  9. Train and develop team members to ensure a high level of proficiency in inventory management.
  10. Communicate inventory updates, reports, and analysis to senior management.
  11. Continuously monitor and improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  12. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in inventory management.
  13. Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the inventory management team.
  15. Act as a key point of contact for all inventory-related inquiries.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Inventory Management At A Senior Level, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Logistics Or Supply Chain Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control Processes, And Inventory Management Systems.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Inventories With High Accuracy And Achieving Key Performance Indicators (Kpis).

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Inventory Discrepancies And Implement Solutions.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team Of Inventory Associates.
