Issue purchase orders or internal transfers to fulfill customer backorders or other demand generated via established processes. Expedite purchase orders where necessary to meet customer requirements. Ensure accuracy of replenishment system data i.e. (lead-time, forecasted usage, and standard package). Assist in resolution of supplier invoice discrepancies to ensure payment within negotiated terms. Manage the return process for non-conforming receipt issues and act as liaison between supplier and quality while assisting in the investigation and corrective action when necessary. Resolve discrepancies on other material issues with warehouse personnel. Assist in collecting documents for new supplier set up. Oversee placement and reconciliation of purchase transactions made via credit card.
