Benefits Manager

This dynamic role will work with GHD’s People Leaders and the benefits team in North America to develop, oversee, and manage a comprehensive benefits program as part of the Total Rewards program designed to attract and retain qualified candidates and employees, and to ensure that GHD’s benefits strategy, programs and policies remain externally competitive, legally compliant and consistent with achieving the organization goals. Provides vision and leadership for the planning and implementation of employee benefits, retirement plans ensuring legal compliance. Manages the annual renewal process for benefit programs. Engages and liaises with the various consultants and vendors supporting the North American benefit programs. Ensures market competitiveness through market benchmarking and participation in key surveys. Builds and maintains relationships with benefit and retirement savings providers. Oversee wellness initiatives for all North American employees.
