  1. Develop and implement HR programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration in the development and execution of HR programs.
  3. Lead and manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and innovative solutions for HR programs.
  5. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful completion.
  6. Collaborate with HR leaders to identify and address potential challenges and risks, and develop contingency plans.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for HR programs.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Provide guidance and support to HR team members in the development and execution of HR programs.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in HR practices, and incorporate them into the design of HR programs.
  11. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation of HR programs.
  12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity when handling sensitive HR matters.
  13. Represent the company and HR team in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the HR team and the wider organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Hr Program Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Deadlines.

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Other Hr Technology Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
