The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the principles of behavioral science, whether through academic research, industry experience, or other means.If you are a data-driven and results-oriented individual, with a commitment to excellence and a willingness to think outside the box, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Market Research, Statistics or related field• 3+ years of experience in consumer insights, data analysis, and/or market research• Proven ability to develop and utilize data models to uncover meaningful insights• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Leverage behavioral science to uncover consumer insights.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and develop insights.
- Develop and utilize data models to uncover meaningful insights.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, to support data analysis.
- Draft communication and presentations to share insights with colleagues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies based on insights.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in consumer insights, data analysis, and market research.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
