Job Description

At Gillette, we are looking for a Consumer Insights Analyst - Behavior Science to join our team. If you are an experienced professional who is passionate about leveraging behavioral science to uncover consumer insights, we want to hear from you!We are seeking a highly analytical, creative, and inquisitive individual who is comfortable working with large datasets and developing insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the principles of behavioral science, whether through academic research, industry experience, or other means.If you are a data-driven and results-oriented individual, with a commitment to excellence and a willingness to think outside the box, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Market Research, Statistics or related field• 3+ years of experience in consumer insights, data analysis, and/or market research• Proven ability to develop and utilize data models to uncover meaningful insights• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage behavioral science to uncover consumer insights.
  2. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and develop insights.
  3. Develop and utilize data models to uncover meaningful insights.
  4. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, to support data analysis.
  5. Draft communication and presentations to share insights with colleagues.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies based on insights.
  7. Monitor industry trends and best practices in consumer insights, data analysis, and market research.
  8. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
