
Consumer Insights Analyst - Behavior Science
We’re looking for an innovative and passionate Consumer Insights Analyst - Behavior Science to join Gillette’s Insights & Analytics team. In this critical role, you will support the development of consumer-focused insights that inform brand strategy and decision-making. To succeed, you must have a strong understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to create insights that drive business impact.This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology or a related field, plus at least two years of experience in consumer insights/market research. An advanced degree in the same areas is preferred. You must also be extremely organized, have a natural curiosity, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.If you’re an analytical thinker who can develop creative solutions to complex problems, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities:
-Develop consumer-focused insights that inform brand strategy and decision-making -Analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges -Create insights that drive business impact -Develop creative solutions to complex problems -Synthesize and communicate research results to key stakeholders -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs -Conduct market research to understand industry trends -Utilize data analytics software to analyze customer data -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends -Maintain accurate and up-to-date research documentation
