Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate social responsibility strategy that aligns with Gillette’s values and mission.
2. Develop and manage relationships with non-profit organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to promote Gillette’s corporate social responsibility initiatives.
3. Research and identify new opportunities for CSR initiatives that are cost-effective and create positive social and environmental impacts.
4. Develop metrics and reports to track progress and success of corporate social responsibility initiatives.
5. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that CSR initiatives are integrated into the organizational culture.
6. Create and manage budgets for CSR initiatives.
7. Collaborate with the communications team to raise awareness of Gillette’s CSR efforts through various channels.
8. Monitor industry trends and developments related to corporate social responsibility.
