Job Description

At Gillette, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Dermatology Research Scientist - Skin Care Formulations to join our research and development team. As part of the team, you will help us to explore the potential of new and innovative skin care formulations and products and help us to remain at the cutting-edge of the skincare industry.The ideal candidate will have a background in dermatology research and have knowledge of skin care formulation and product development. We are looking for someone who is creative, innovative and has excellent problem-solving skills. You should be a strong team player and be able to work collaboratively with other teams.If you have an eye for detail, possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for skin care, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research and development on new and innovative skin care formulations and products.
  2. Utilize problem-solving skills to create novel solutions for skin care formulations and product development.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to help ensure successful product development.
  4. Keep abreast of current dermatology research and advancements in skin care technology.
  5. Monitor the progress of product development and make changes as needed.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Ensure that all skin care formulations and products meet established standards and regulations.
  8. Prepare reports on research findings and product development.
  9. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
  10. Make suggestions for the improvement of existing skin care formulations and product development processes.
