Job Description

Gillette is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns to reach our customers. You should be an experienced digital marketer with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tactics, and a passion for driving results.The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, both in terms of strategy and execution, and is comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be a strategic thinker, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.If you have a passion for digital marketing and believe you have the necessary skills and experience to join our team, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to reach customers, including campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives.
  2. Manage and optimize performance of all digital marketing channels to ensure campaigns are meeting goals.
  3. Analyze performance of digital campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  4. Create and maintain comprehensive reports to track and measure the success of campaigns.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Design, IT, etc.) to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  6. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  7. Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key digital media partners.
  9. Ensure that all marketing activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Manage the budget for digital marketing efforts and ensure that campaigns are cost-effective.
