We at Gillette are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have an interest in consumer insights and market trends, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret data to provide strategic guidance. The successful candidate will possess strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and outside the box.The Market Research Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing market research strategies and initiatives for our company. This position requires a person with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should also have a passion for developing new insights and uncovering trends in the market.Required qualifications for the Market Research Analyst include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field or equivalent work experience, at least 3 years of experience in market research, and working knowledge of a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and/or Power BI.If you have a passion for uncovering consumer insights and trends and are looking to join an innovative and forward-thinking team, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute market research strategies and initiatives
  2. Analyze and interpret data to provide strategic guidance
  3. Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover consumer insights and trends
  4. Create data visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI
  5. Prepare presentations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and competitor activities
  7. Collaborate with other teams to develop new research strategies
  8. Monitor industry developments and evaluate their impact on the market
  9. Identify opportunities for growth and suggest strategies to capitalize on them
  10. Stay current with the latest market research tools and techniques
