Job Description

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will be involved in the development, implementation, and communication of regulatory compliance policies, procedures, and product strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and successful company with a commitment to the highest standards of quality and compliance.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs. You must also have a strong understanding of FDA, EPA, and other regulatory guidelines. Ideal candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement regulatory policies and procedures to ensure product compliance with FDA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.
  2. Monitor regulatory compliance and provide guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices.
  3. Communicate regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  4. Research and analyze regulatory guidelines to determine implications for product strategy.
  5. Prepare regulatory documents, such as product submissions and responses to inquiries.
  6. Participate in product development and review meetings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and best practices.
  8. Provide support to other departments as needed.
  9. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with regulatory agencies.
  10. Develop and maintain regulatory databases.
