Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to meet sales operations objectives
  2. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement
  3. Coordinate with sales teams to ensure successful execution of sales plans
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Create reports and presentations to track progress and present results to senior management
  6. Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of sales operations policies and procedures
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  8. Develop and maintain accurate customer records and sales data
  9. Support sales teams in creating sales presentations and materials
  10. Utilize sales force automation and other tools to track and monitor sales operations performance
  11. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns
  12. Identify opportunities to improve sales operations efficiency
  13. Provide recommendations and insights to senior management on sales operations initiatives and strategies
  14. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
