Job Description

At Glaxo Smith Kline, we are seeking a driven and experienced Pipeline Project Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end pipeline process, from project initiation to implementation, to ensure successful delivery of projects from concept to commercialization. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding leadership and communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, portfolio management, or related disciplines. Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry is highly desirable. You should have a solid understanding of project management and pipeline processes and a strong aptitude for problem solving. This role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate must also have superior communication skills, both verbal and written, and be highly organized, detail oriented, and results-driven.
