Benefits Manager
Benefit expert for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short / long term disability, 401(K), ERISA, ADA accommodation, FMLA, LOA and the like. Own Good Eggs 401(k) program, including administration and/or reporting. Create strong partnerships with our benefits broker and vendors. Craft communication plans and market benefit programs to employees. Responsible for compliance of all benefit programs, including auditing enrollment, payroll deductions, leave administration, reporting, etc. Partner with Finance on San Francisco’s Health Ordinance Program (HCSO). Create and maintain benefit reporting on a regular basis. Conduct new-hire orientations to familiarize new employees with Good Eggs’ benefits programs. Frontline support for employee questions about benefits, LOA, and external inquiries from vendors.
Experience with both salaried and hourly workforce is preferred.
Previous experience managing internal leaves of absence.
Previous experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a strong plus.
Must be flexible/adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced constantly changing startup environment
Minimum 4 years expereince in a benefit management role
