
WMS Technician
Act as the primary point of contact for any issues arising with the WMS system. This includes troubleshooting as specified and updating/communicating the status of issues appropriately. For any issues that cannot be resolved, they must be escalated appropriately with all pertinent information thoroughly documented. Understand, maintain knowledge of, and implement all WMS software/hardware best practices and standard operating procedures. Train new users on all WMS software/hardware functionality and standard operating procedures. Continuously develop and train the operations team on best practices and standard operating procedures. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to all system releases to ensure successful deployments. Act as point of contact for IT needs, such as hardware and network services, relating to WMS.
2+ years of WMS experience ideally post-implementation configuration and maintenance
2+ years of related industry experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Self starter with the ability to work independently and react quickly to changing priorities
Experience as a trainer/teacher or coach
