
Corporate Sales Trainer
Training, development, and retention of New Sales Hires throughout and after initial sales onboarding. Conducting classroom training for sales hires during and after sales onboarding. Responsible to lead projects for updating, improving and creating new training programs. Will take leadership role in making sure our sales training program is aligned with business goals and with sales best practices in order to meet senior sales leaderships goals and expectations. Facilitating learning related to our total suite of product offerings, in addition to professional sales development training, including Granites Selling Skills Playbook, our own selling skills program. Utilizing a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of our sales training programs. Collaborating with existing subject matter experts in sales and operations and in product on current and in order to contribute to the design and maintenance of our current sales training programs.
3-5+ Years Sales Training experience in a professional classroom environment required
Prior sales experience preferred but proven ability to credibly train and work with sales teams required
Prior experience with Salesforce.com CRM a plus
Experience teaching, coaching and roleplaying skill based selling skills programs required
