Grant Thornton is looking for a Cybersecurity and Privacy Intern to join our team. In this role, you will join a collaborative team of experts and have the opportunity to hone your skills in cybersecurity and privacy.We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the field of cybersecurity and privacy who has the qualifications we are looking for. You should have a basic understanding of the concepts of cybersecurity and privacy, be comfortable with learning new technologies quickly, and have strong attention to detail. Additionally, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with various cybersecurity and privacy projects as needed.
  2. Learn and develop a basic understanding of cybersecurity and privacy concepts.
  3. Become comfortable with new technologies and tools quickly.
  4. Develop strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  5. Maintain excellent communication with the team and other stakeholders.
  6. Identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions.
  7. Assist with the implementation of new cybersecurity and privacy policies and procedures.
  8. Monitor and analyze data to identify potential risks.
  9. Provide research and analysis on current and emerging trends in cybersecurity and privacy.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development activities.
