We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Employee Relations Business Partner (Manager) to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a passion for building meaningful relationships, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, the successful applicant will have a minimum of five years of progressive experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related field. This person should have a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies to resolve complex employee issues, drive positive change within an organization, and promote a culture of trust and inclusion.We are looking for a leader who is highly organized and has the ability to think strategically and proactively. The ideal candidate should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Above all, the successful candidate must be passionate about creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to effectively manage complex employee relations issues and promote a culture of trust and inclusion.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Maintain strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations relating to employee relations.
- Provide guidance to staff related to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies that promote a positive work environment.
- Act as an advocate for employees and ensure their concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor employee morale and satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns.
- Lead initiatives to promote a healthy work/life balance.
- Provide guidance and direction to Human Resources team members.
- Educate staff on relevant topics related to employee relations and human resources.
