As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading the salon team to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality standards. To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for the beauty industry and the drive to exceed customer expectations.We are looking for a Salon Manager who has at least 3 years' experience in salon management or a related field, excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You should be highly organized and have an eye for detail, as well as the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions. If you have a flair for sales and a passion for the beauty industry, then we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Manage the salon team to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality standards.
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
Train and motivate salon staff to increase customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality standards.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure necessary supplies are available.
Create effective marketing plans to promote the salon and increase sales.
Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.
