As the Assistant Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Community Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.   1. Support the Community Manager in all aspects of managing and maintaining the property, including leasing, resident relations, and operations.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with residents and prospects to create a positive and welcoming community atmosphere.
  3. Assist with managing and coordinating all leasing activities, including conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
  4. Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standard by monitoring and addressing any maintenance or repair needs.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  6. Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collect and process rent payments, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate resident records.
  8. Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, and ensure all resident charges and refunds are accurate.
  9. Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local laws.
  10. Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance the resident living experience and property performance.
  11. Assist with training and mentoring leasing and maintenance team members to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service.
  12. Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competition, and industry best practices.
  13. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
  14. Attend and participate in company meetings and training sessions as required.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Community Manager.

Job Qualifications
