We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Event & Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team and help enhance the overall lifestyle of our communities. This role requires a highly organized and outgoing individual with a passion for planning and executing events and activities that bring our residents together and create a sense of community. If you have a knack for organizing and a keen eye for detail, as well as a strong understanding of current lifestyle and wellness trends, we would love for you to join our team.   1. Plan and coordinate a variety of events and activities for residents of Greystar communities, including but not limited to social gatherings, fitness classes, educational workshops, and cultural celebrations.
  2. Collaborate with community management teams to develop event and lifestyle calendars that align with the interests and needs of the residents.
  3. Research and stay up-to-date on current lifestyle and wellness trends to incorporate into event and activity planning.
  4. Communicate effectively with residents to promote and encourage participation in events and activities.
  5. Manage event budgets and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality events.
  6. Maintain organized event files and records, including attendance and feedback, for future planning and reference.
  7. Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and activities through various channels such as social media, newsletters, and flyers.
  8. Foster a sense of community by creating opportunities for residents to connect and build relationships with each other.
  9. Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to provide unique and valuable experiences for residents.
  10. Collaborate with other Event & Lifestyle Coordinators across the company to share best practices and ideas for enhancing resident experiences.
  11. Keep the Greystar brand and company values in mind when planning events and activities.
  12. Continuously seek out feedback from residents and make improvements to future events and activities based on that feedback.
  13. Ensure all events and activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Greystar at events and activities.
  15. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the Event & Lifestyle Manager or community management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Event Planning, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Event Coordination And Management.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Well With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Event Planning Software And Tools, As Well As Experience With Budget Management And Negotiation.
