- Greet and welcome residents and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all resident inquiries and requests.
- Ensure an exceptional living experience for all residents by consistently providing outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere in the lobby and common areas.
- Handle resident complaints and concerns with efficiency and empathy.
- Coordinate and assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident events.
- Manage and maintain resident records and information.
- Train and supervise other concierge staff members.
- Collaborate with property management to address any resident issues or concerns.
- Keep up-to-date on all property amenities, services, and local area attractions to provide accurate information to residents and guests.
- Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and other staff members through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email.
- Manage and maintain the concierge desk, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and making reservations for residents.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Continuously strive to improve the resident experience and suggest ways to enhance services and amenities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience In Hospitality: A Lead Concierge At Greystar Should Have A Strong Background In The Hospitality Industry, With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential For A Lead Concierge, As This Role Involves Interacting With Residents And Guests On A Daily Basis. The Candidate Should Have A Friendly And Professional Demeanor, As Well As The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Tact And Diplomacy.
Communication And Organizational Skills: A Successful Lead Concierge Should Possess Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Managing Schedules, Coordinating Services, And Updating Residents On Community Events And Activities.
Leadership Abilities: As A Lead Concierge, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Supervising A Team Of Concierge Staff. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Ensure A High Level Of Service Is Maintained At All Times.
Knowledge Of Local Area: A Good Understanding Of The Local Area Is Important For A Lead Concierge, As They Will Be Responsible For Providing Recommendations And Information To Residents And Guests About Nearby Restaurants, Attractions, And Services.
