As the first point of contact for our residents and guests, the Lead Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere while ensuring all needs and requests are met.   1. Greet and welcome residents and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for all resident inquiries and requests.
  3. Ensure an exceptional living experience for all residents by consistently providing outstanding customer service.
  4. Maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere in the lobby and common areas.
  5. Handle resident complaints and concerns with efficiency and empathy.
  6. Coordinate and assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident events.
  7. Manage and maintain resident records and information.
  8. Train and supervise other concierge staff members.
  9. Collaborate with property management to address any resident issues or concerns.
  10. Keep up-to-date on all property amenities, services, and local area attractions to provide accurate information to residents and guests.
  11. Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and other staff members through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email.
  12. Manage and maintain the concierge desk, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  13. Assist with scheduling appointments and making reservations for residents.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols and report any issues or concerns to management.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the resident experience and suggest ways to enhance services and amenities.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Hospitality: A Lead Concierge At Greystar Should Have A Strong Background In The Hospitality Industry, With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential For A Lead Concierge, As This Role Involves Interacting With Residents And Guests On A Daily Basis. The Candidate Should Have A Friendly And Professional Demeanor, As Well As The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Tact And Diplomacy.

  • Communication And Organizational Skills: A Successful Lead Concierge Should Possess Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Managing Schedules, Coordinating Services, And Updating Residents On Community Events And Activities.

  • Leadership Abilities: As A Lead Concierge, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Supervising A Team Of Concierge Staff. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Ensure A High Level Of Service Is Maintained At All Times.

  • Knowledge Of Local Area: A Good Understanding Of The Local Area Is Important For A Lead Concierge, As They Will Be Responsible For Providing Recommendations And Information To Residents And Guests About Nearby Restaurants, Attractions, And Services. This Knowledge Will Also Be Helpful In Coordinating And Planning Community Events And Activities.
