Greystar Real Estate Partners is seeking a Lead Concierge to join our team and become the face of our luxury residential community. We are looking for a dynamic and personable individual who can lead our concierge team in providing top-notch service to our residents and guests. If you have a strong background in hospitality and a drive to exceed expectations, we want to hear from you!

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests by greeting them with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all resident and guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  3. Train and lead a team of concierge staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  4. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, representing the luxury brand of the residential community.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and vendors to provide residents with the best possible amenities and services.
  6. Stay updated on community events and activities to provide recommendations and assist with planning and coordination.
  7. Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
  8. Handle and resolve any resident complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident and guest interactions and requests.
  10. Collaborate with other departments within the community to ensure a cohesive and positive resident experience.
  11. Uphold and enforce community policies and procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of residents and guests.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the concierge program to exceed resident expectations.
  13. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the surrounding area to provide residents and guests with recommendations and information.
  14. Monitor and assist with package deliveries, mail distribution, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  15. Adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism and service excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Property Management Or Hospitality Industry, With A Minimum Of 3 Years In A Concierge Or Front Desk Role.

  • Strong Customer Service And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact With Residents, Team Members, And Management.

  • Knowledge Of Local Attractions, Restaurants, And Services In The Surrounding Area, As Well As The Ability To Make Reservations And Recommendations.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
