- Greet and welcome residents and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all resident inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate and manage all resident services, including package deliveries, maintenance requests, and reservations for amenities.
- Ensure that all resident needs are met promptly and efficiently, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle difficult or challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Train and supervise concierge staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with property management to address resident concerns and improve resident experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the property's amenities, services, and local area attractions to assist residents and guests.
- Keep accurate records of resident requests and maintain organized files for future reference.
- Assist with planning and execution of resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve resident experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Act as a liaison between residents and property management to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Uphold the company's core values and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Hospitality Industry, With At Least 1 Year In A Supervisory Or Lead Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Liaise With Residents, Team Members, And Vendors.
Proven Track Record Of Delivering Exceptional Customer Service And Resolving Resident Concerns In A Timely And Professional Manner.
Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Familiarity With Property Management Software And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
