We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing superior customer service, driving financial performance, and maintaining the overall success of our properties.To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of property management experience, as well as strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.   1. Lead and manage a team of property management professionals to ensure the success of multiple communities.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and handle any resident concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Oversee the financial performance of multiple properties and ensure that they meet or exceed budget and revenue goals.
  4. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  5. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that all properties are well-maintained and in compliance with company standards.
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and other third-party partners.
  7. Hire, train, and mentor new property management staff to ensure a high level of professionalism and performance.
  8. Create and manage budgets for each property, monitor expenses, and make necessary adjustments to improve financial performance.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports to upper management on the performance of each property.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in property management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Handle any legal or compliance issues related to the properties and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as leasing and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
  13. Ensure all properties are in compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
  14. Attend regular meetings with upper management to discuss property performance, strategies, and goals.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall living experience for residents and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Property Management, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Experience Managing Multiple Properties Simultaneously.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Residents, Team Members, And Corporate Executives.

  • Knowledge Of Fair Housing Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Budgeting, Financial Analysis, And Marketing Strategies.
