We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Property Manager to join our team and help us continue our legacy of excellence in property management. As a Regional Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a portfolio of properties in a designated region, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and delivering exceptional service to our residents.   1. Oversee the operations of a portfolio of properties within a designated region.
  2. Ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards and meet all safety and compliance regulations.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans for each property to achieve maximum profitability and resident satisfaction.
  4. Monitor and analyze property performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
  6. Hire, train, and supervise property management staff to ensure they are providing exceptional service to residents and meeting company standards.
  7. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  8. Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring expenses are within approved limits and revenue goals are met.
  9. Stay informed on market trends, competition, and industry developments to make informed decisions for the portfolio.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to ensure high occupancy rates and effective advertising strategies.
  11. Handle resident complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met for each property in the region.
  13. Maintain accurate records and reports for each property, including financial reports, occupancy rates, and maintenance requests.
  14. Participate in company meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and uphold the company's values and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Real Estate, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Property Management, Preferably In A Regional Or Multi-Site Role

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Property Managers And Support Staff

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Local And State Laws And Regulations Related To Property Management

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Tenants, And Vendors.
