
Worldwide Entertainment Industry Relations Supervisor
The Worldwide Supervisor of Entertainment Industry Relations will be responsible for the supervision of VIP attendance travel logistics for all fashion shows and major image events as well as budgets related to these events. Supervise all communication and requests between Gucci and agencies daily. Act as the project manager for 3rd party agencies related to five fashion shows. Draft and manage the budget for fashion shows and global image events related to all VIP costs. Support in the organization of invitations, flowers and/or gifts to guests. Reconciliation of budgets. Support VIP office with fittings on occasion. Oversee the run of show for guest on event day.
At least 3-4 years’ experience working in hospitality, events, client entertainment and or public relations
Works well under multiple deadline pressure (often under minimal timeframes)
