- Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

Strong Leadership Skills: A Co-Manager At Guess Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Employees.
Retail Management Experience: Previous Experience In Retail Management Is Essential For A Co-Manager At Guess. This Includes Experience In Managing Store Operations, Sales Performance, And Customer Service.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Co-Manager Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With The Team, As Well As With Upper Management And Customers.
Knowledge Of Fashion And Trends: Guess Is A Fashion-Forward Brand, And A Co-Manager Should Have A Good Understanding Of Fashion Trends And The Ability To Merchandise And Market The Brand Effectively.
