- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Motivate and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Act as a role model for the team by staying up-to-date on fashion trends and displaying a strong sense of style
- Train and develop new and existing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Manage and monitor store KPIs, such as sales performance, conversion rates, and average transaction value
- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager, district manager, and corporate team to provide updates on store performance and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including visual standards, inventory control, and loss prevention measures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to provide a positive shopping experience for customers
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by taking feedback and implementing changes as necessary.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of 10 Or More Employees.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Upper Management, Colleagues, And Customers.
