Job Description

At H&M, we're looking for a Cleaning Technician to join our team and help us keep our stores looking pristine. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in cleaning and maintaining retail outlets, as well as knowledge of safety protocols and cleaning products. Our Cleaning Technician should also have good communication skills and be able to work well independently and as part of a team.   1. Clean and maintain all store areas, including floors, upholstery, fixtures, and equipment.
  2. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products according to manufacturer instructions.
  3. Refill paper goods, soap, and other consumables as needed.
  4. Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to store patrons.
  6. Communicate effectively with store personnel and management.
  7. Work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures related to cleaning.
  9. Report any damages or areas in need of repair to the appropriate personnel.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned by store management.
