Distribution Center Facilities Supervisor

Responsible for general appearance, safety, and maintenance of entire distribution center facilities. Creates routine maintenance and inspection schedules for all facility equipment and ensures their administration. Performs evening/nightly maintenance to repair all machinery in the DC on an as needed basis. Interacts with vendors, management and internal customers to provide service on a variety of needs for any services required inside or outside of the distribution centers. Communicates and confers with all logistics team members regarding any facility issue. Works with Occupational Health Nurse on all related safety issues. Maintains inventory of equipment and routine maintenance repairs to equipment. Ensures all spare parts are inventoried and maintains a current list of what is available in the DC at all times Partners with the Facilities Manager before ordering any new parts to ensure we are finding the most cost-efficient solutions
