Global Incident Manager

Accountable for the operational management of critical Incidents in compliance with the H&M Global Incident Management process. Lead and prioritize to ensure an efficient Incident flow for critical Incidents. Manage communication related to critical Incidents and defined stake holders. Responsible for the maintenance and quality assurance of data. Maintain knowledge of the correlation between business processes and used Tech Products - for instance the connection between Tech Incidents and business impact. Accountable for Post Incident Reports being written and assure the quality according to the agreements. Support and coach distributed teams working in the process execution. Contribute to competence development of other teams in the specific process and ways of working around it and to follow up of process alignment when required. Contribute to the development and refinement of processes and tools.
