
Global Product Manager, Customer Experience
Manage Global, Regional & Local stakeholders in an inclusive and efficient way and build partnerships with local organizations and businesses to support operations. Engage closely with development teams to balance scope and delivery timeline. Act as the primary escalation point for local stakeholders or for end user business units in relation to owned products during roll-outs and operation. Support countries with setting up budget, resources, communication, training, and change management when deploying a new or change of an existing product. Understand local market regulations and compliances to make sure products are compliant. Responsible for synchronizing roadmaps and goals with countries to ensure strong operational and organizational readiness within markets when rolling-out new and change of existing products Manage regional and/or local contracts and vendors connected to owned products.Promote the agile mindset and culture across dedicated regions.
5+ years’ experience in Product Development/Management/Innovation within the Retail, Logistics, E-Commerce
Capable of designing, developing, and delivering change programs and initiatives to maximize user adoption and identify the effects of products
Previous work as a Project Manager preferred
Bilingual preferred, not required
