Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, onboard new employees, and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Develop and implement training and development programs.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the successful implementation of HR initiatives.
- Monitor, review, and analyze HR metrics.
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance on employee disputes.
- Provide advice and guidance regarding organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
