HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the recruitment process, onboard new employees, and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
2. Develop and implement performance management systems.
3. Develop and implement training and development programs.
4. Maintain and update employee records.
5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the successful implementation of HR initiatives.
7. Monitor, review, and analyze HR metrics.
8. Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance on employee disputes.
9. Provide advice and guidance regarding organizational policies and procedures.
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws.
