Job Description

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Planner to join the team at H&M! Our ideal candidate has a strong background in forecasting and data analysis, as well as a passion for fashion. The Inventory Planner will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory levels are well-stocked and up-to-date in order to meet customer demand.This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, fast-paced, and innovative company. We require that all applicants have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, etc.) and at least 3-5 years of experience in an inventory planning role. In addition, strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain accurate inventory forecasts to ensure customer demand is met.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends in customer demand and make suggestions for inventory planning.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and adjust stock levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  4. Monitor and evaluate stock performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  5. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.
  6. Administer ERP systems to manage inventory and ensure accuracy of data.
  7. Utilize Microsoft Excel to create complex data reports and analyze trends in inventory management.
  8. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on inventory status and progress.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  10. Remain up-to-date on fashion trends and customer preferences.
